Serving Scarsdale and its adjacent areas since 1978,
then-partners Claire Leone and Bob Raynor opened the doors of their nascent company, Raynor and Leone, in a storefront on Garth Road, in Scarsdale, New York. By 1982 it had evolved into Claire D. Leone Associates LTD, launching a full complement of house listings, condos and a co-op inventory that was growing exponentially, a result of the new market born of the multiple co-op conversions. Claire D Leone Real Estate has been situated at 29 Wilmot Road, Scarsdale, across from the Lord & Taylor shopping center since 1989, in the historic building that in 1908 orginally housed North End Hose Co. #4, Inc., next door to a stable for the fire horses--champion among them being, "Prince." Previously, our charming building was home to the "Pink Barn" antiques shop, and we still sport its pink exterior, so familiar to local denizens as a celebrated landmark in town. We have archives,spanning 90 years,of photos and detailed histories of homes.

We have over forty agents in the office and more than half are licensed brokers. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, travel agents, and even professional athletes. They are all committed to the Business of Real Estate.

Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
