Hi there, and thank you for visiting our homepage. I hope you enjoy the few minutes you are here. We have been in business since 1990, and we have become one of the most popular party rental companies on Long Island. We are very proud of what we have accomplished in the past years. We have done events for private homes, businesses, schools, etc. We carry just about everything you need for your next event. Below is a brief description of the different types of tents we carry, and also some of our rental items. We want to give you a better idea of what we carry this way it will be much easier for you to plan your next event. Call us anytime! We are looking forward to hear from you, and we will answer any questions that you may have. We do offer free home estimates! Remember our slogan:

This your typical Party Canopy. Canopies are lightweight vinyl coverings supported by poles around the perimeter and one or more in the center. Canopies are designed to shelter against the sun or a light rain. They are not very effective under extremely bad weather conditions and they DO NOT come with sidewalls. Canopies are fully installed by us. Canopies come in many different colors and sizes, 16 x 16, 20 x 20, 20 x 30, and 20 x 40. Anything bigger than 20 x 40 comes in tents only!

This is a look at a Traditional Party Tent. A Traditional Party Tent is a heavy duty party tent in which the top is made of a heavy vinyl, supported by poles around the perimeter, and in the center, and these tents COME WITH SIDEWALLS, and will shelter against most bad weather conditions! These tents come in MANY different sizes and colors, to much to list here. You will see all the sizes in our price list in this homepage. These tents come in 16wide, 20wide, 30wide, 40wide, and plus their lengths of course.

Frame Tents are just like party tents but these tents consist of a heavy vinyl top stretched over a metal frame and contains NO center poles and also these tents come with sidewalls and shelters against most bad weather conditions. These are considered the strongest tents on the market today!
This is what a frame tent looks like without the top. Notice there are no center poles and also you do not have all the ropes and stakes going around the frame like the Traditional Party Tent. There are stakes that come with this style tent but they are used only to tie the tent down so it doesn't move in case of strong winds.

As you can see Dance Floors are also on our rental list. We can build any size floor on location to fit your needs, but just keep in mind that the size of the floor will depend on the size of the tent, and the size of the tent will depend on the size of the floor. Basically everything under a tent takes up room.

As for linens we carry many different sizes to fit all of our tables, and they come in many different colors and sizes. For example: White, Yellow, Red, Rose, Pink, Blue, Green, Purple, etc. Those are just a few.

Deck Tents are nothing but Free Standing Frame Tents installed on a deck, as shown in this photo. Any size tent can be used on a deck providing the deck is big enough! In this photo we used a long narrow tent, (9 x 20) because this was the only tent that would fit. You have to understand that the deck has to be bigger than the tent so we can have room to tilt and lift the tent up one side at a time. We can not put the tent half on the deck, and half on the grass, because if you go back to the picture above and look at the frame tent without the top you can see that all the legs are made to be one size, and this means the tent would be lopsided because the deck is to high off the ground. If the deck or patio is level with the ground then we can put the tent half on, and half off the deck or patio. I used the word patio later in this paragraph because most patios are level with the ground. One last thing before we move on, notice how we threw the ropes over the deck to reach the stakes down below on the grass so we could tie the tent down so it would not move, also some times we have to tie the tent to the deck some how. In any case, the tent MUST be tied down and secured so it does not move and damage anything!
