From New York State Thruway, Exit 21. Take Route 23 west toward Windham Mountain. About 9 miles you will come to Route 32 north. Head north on Route 32 through the town of Freehold, continue on Route 32 another 5 miles or so and we are on the right.
From Albany, take Route 32 south through the town of Greenville, continue and we are about 2 miles on the left.
About the Area
Nestled in the hamlet of Greenville on Country Route 32. Our property has an on site restaurant for your convenience, and clean, comfortable and newly renovated rooms. Set on 65 acres with majestic mountain views, you can walk down the path to the rolling brook where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of a natural setting in the Catskill Mountains or stroll through the vineyard to see the fruits of our labor. You can also take a short drive into town to the local pond and relax under the gazebo while feeding the ducks, or just down the road to the north is The Westerner where you can shop for trinkets and western style riding clothes plus more. To theeast down Rt. 81 you can visit Bears Gift Shop where youll find a quaintarray of Amish furniture and country trivets and condiments. A 16 mile drive on Rt. 23 west to Windham Mountain is always a scenic pleasure that is well worth it. Just5 miles southwest on Rt. 67 will take you to the Irish mecca of East Durham that hosts the annual Irish Festival on Memorial weekend, Irish Cultural week in July, Bluegrass Festival in Julyand a weekend market starting in July at the Irish Cultural Center, and don't forget the Banjo Burke Memorial festivalevery Columbus weekend (we are so close to East Durham we hostsinging and music classes here on property during Irish Cultural week and Banjo Burke Memorial). Just down the road is K&K Ranch where there are horses for hire for the equestrian minded on 150 acres of mountain views. A short distance away you can get to Catskill for the weekend Riverside Farmers & Artisan Market or cross the Hudson River over the Rip Van Winkle bridgeto historic Olana Castle and then on to Hudson for some antique shopping and the Firemens Museum. West on Rt. 81 towards Middleburg and Schoharie will bring you to an abundance of antique shops, vegetable farmsand beautiful scenery. For directions just inquire when checking-in.
