What Is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state of relaxation where susceptibility to suggestion is increased. This enables patients to accept new ideas more efficiently. Simply put, it's an individual formulated procedure using relaxation, visualization, and positive suggestions to help strengthen your willpower to make it easier to achieve your goals.
