My name is Diane S. Deutsch, I am the primary broker and owner of Preferred Homes & Properties. Prior to opening my own office in 1998, I had 10 years experience as top producer in a large real estate company in Sullivan County.
I know how intimidating and often frustrating it can be to deal with a large company. I can offer you personalized and specialized services which can be very difficult to find in a large office. When you call Preferred Homes & Properties you will be talking directly to me. If you are a first time buyer or seller, I will explain every step of the process of buying or selling a property. I will help you through the entire process from beginning (listing/finding the property) until closing, helping to make it as easy and stress-free as possible.
If you are looking to sell your property, I do not have huge inventories where you will get lost and fall through the cracks. I give each of my listings specialized care, giving each the individual marketing attention needed and concentrate on them until sold.
If you are looking to buy a property, I will listen to you and your needs and help you find that special property. I also do buyer brokerage and can explain some of the advantages of being represented by a broker when purchasing a property. Whether you are seeking a rental or purchasing an expensive luxury property, whatever your pocketbook allows, I will treat you courteously and professionally.
