Your car is insured for the Blue Book value the entire time it is on the truck. Clearly listed on your Shipping Order and Bill of Lading are occurrences not covered. What if I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time as long as your vehicle has not been assigned to a truck for pick up. Any deposit that has been paid will be refunded, less a $35 administration fee if you paid with a check or credit card. If your vehicle has already been assigned to a carrier, the deposit is non-refundable. That money will be used to pay for the truck that is already in route to your pick...

We will attempt to contact you 24 hours prior to delivery so you will have enough time to make arrangements. If we cannot contact you and/or you are not available for delivery, we will keep your vehicle on the truck to deliver at a later date, or we will leave it at a local storage terminal.
