We are a customer driven company, focusing on placing experienced, educated, caring and professional nannies.
Personalized service is important to us. We cater to the specific needs of each family, arranging interviews with only those candidates that fit the description you provide us.

We do thorough background checks on each nanny including references, criminal & child abuse, credit history, driving record checks and social security number verification. References are thoroughly checked verbally to ensure they are legitimate. Client families have complete access to anything in the nanny's files.
That's My Nanny will replace your nanny within the first 90 days, at no additional charge, if you are dissatisfied with your nanny for any reason.
We tailor the placement process to meet your needs. While we recommend meeting with us, we understand that our clients are busy people. We can meet in our office or conduct the entire placement process via e-mail, phone, or fax.
We conduct regular follow up calls to families and nannies to ensure everyone is happy and to work out concerns, if necessary.
