5-Axis Machining With over thirty years of combined experience, Turbo Machined Products has the ability to produce parts with complicated contours for a wide variety of applications. Using a five-axis process allows us to complete a part in a single setup that produces a better overall part with a shorter lead time at a competitive price.

Reverse Engineering Capabilities - Combining CMM inspection, our proprietary CAD/CAM software, and years of expertise allows Turbo Machined Products to excel in reverse engineering of parts for our customers. We will analyze damaged parts, duplicate components, make and exact copy, and create 3-D drawings for customer use to attain PMA approval.

Anodizing Capabilities Turbo Machined Products provides the following processes for your aluminum parts: Sulfuric Anodize Type II, Hard Coat Anodize Type III, Teflon Dip, Non-Hexavalant Conversion.
