FriendSitters is designed to help Seniors or Disabled people that need personal attention in their lives. We are here to attend to people who have short or long-term disabilities or just need someone to bring in their paper and sit with them or go to the store to fulfill their difficult day-to-day necessities. FriendSitters is designed to help people by providing some human interaction where needed. As we get older and approach our golden years we become less active in society and everyday things such as taking out the garbage or going to the grocery store can become taxing, and as younger family members have active lives, and full schedules, it becomes more and more difficult to give as much time and attention to the members of our aging community; and everyday life is too hectic for those who would otherwise be there willingly. This is where our Friend Sitters can help. We can be there when you need someone to help you or just need someone to lend an ear.
