Welcome to the First Step Day Care, Inc.
Welcome to First Step Day Care, Inc. We are a non-for-profit organization licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. First Step Day Care, Inc. is a community based daycare serving state employees children and grandchildren, the community and DSS approved families.
Since our inception at the Dulles State Office Building in Watertown, NY in August of 1991, First Step Day Care, Inc. has been committed to providing affordable, quality child care for employees of the state (including grandchildren) as well as families within the community. First Step Day Care, Inc. works in conjunction with the Department of Social Services as well as The National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) to offer subsidies for qualifying local and military families.
