When we meet with our clients we emphasize the Quality of Life and do our utmost to devise a plan around this important consideration. Often times our plans encompass efforts to protect and preserve assets and to protect the family home.
It is always preferable to plan ahead. Our office often meets with clients at a time of crisis, when Mom or Dad are in a hospital or are becoming unduly forgetful. Even at these points there are numerous planning techniques available to preserve much of the assets and the home.
