At Wells Homestead, we are a farm stand that sells a variety of items that range from fresh fruits and vegetables to quality plants, homebaked goods, fresh mozzarella, Long Island Duckling and duck eggs, and gifts. Most all of our fresh produce is locally grown at our farm that has been in our family for more than 300 years or neighboring farms.You can also find numerous imported specialty fruits and vegetables to complete your grocery shopping.Wells Homestead is a name you can trust when you're in the market for fresh fruits and vegetables. Liven Your Home with Scent and ColorAlong with our wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables, you can find a great selection of plants to complement your home. Our plants vary from season to season, with both Spring and Summer plants available at their respective times. As with our produce, our plants are also grown locally on our farm.The spring brings a large selection of annual bedding plants to fill your flower beds for a summer of enjoyment. Try your hand at growing your own vegetable garden with our selection of more than 100 different varieties. If herbs are your pleasure we carry a dozen different types of basils, along with numerous culinary and medicinal herb varieties for you to grow.We also grow various perennial plants , some old favorites and many new varieties to accent your home gardens.
We have become well known for our quality impatiens flower pouches.We now grow an expanded selection of flower pouches including petunias, begonias, torenia, etc. Come see for yourself how you can beautify your homes exterior with these long lasting beautiful plants. We have also placed ourselves on the map with our unique moss basket collections. These plants will be the envy of all your neighbors.

Wells Homestead farm stand has served the Riverhead, New York, area for more than 10 years with fresh fruits, vegetables, and plants. Our family-owned-and-operated business takes its produce and plants from our 300-year-old farm and neighboring farms to ensure the freshness of your pick. Our farm stand is open May 1st to November 1st so drop by and check out our selection of fresh local fruits and vegetables, cut flowers, fresh baked goods, and plants.
