As a general practitioner I offer a wide range of services including:

Preventive & restorative dentistry

Although we do not subscribe to any specific insurance plans, we will be happy to submit your employer’s insurance form with each visit. Any difference between our fees and the insurance payment can be billed to the patient.
For more involved procedures, we offer payment plans.
We accept personal checks, Mastercard, Visa and cash.
Your First Visit

Insurance forms (Available through your employer or insurance company)
Any removable appliance including complete dentures and partials
Any available records from your previous dentist

What to Expect
During your first visit a thorough examination will be completed. This exam will include any necessary x-rays, as well as other aids which may be needed in order to make an accurate diagnosis of the condition of your mouth, teeth and gums. Your dental condition can then be adequately determined and a suitable treatmant plan will be discussed with you. In most instances, a cleaning and polish is also performed at this visit.
