Pineview Commons is more than a place to live; it is a fine way of life. Established in 1992 Pineview Commons provides the finest, safest, most congenial living arrangements for seniors who require supervised care in a home-like atmosphere.
Our owner operated facility offers highly trained staff of Certified Home Health Aides that are available to assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management services 24 hours a day. Case management servicesand medical requirements are supervised by two RNs and regular doctor visits are arranged as needed.
Pineview Commons has a full range of social and recreational activities both on and off premises such as arts and crafts, shopping trips, exercise classes, sight-seeing tours and dining out.
Residents have the choice of selecting a suite, private or semi-private room. Tasteful furnishings are provided, although residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings with them which will enhance their sense of security and comfort.
Our rates are only a fraction of the costs of traditional nursing home care or around the clock home care programs. Monthly rates vary depending on the accommodations desired.
Pineview Commons has been approved by the Department of Health to operate an Assisted Living Program. This will enable many residents to continue residing at Pineview as their medical needs increase.
