We specialize in Hand ,
Orthopaedic and Sports Physical
We see patients of all ages from infants to adult and senior citizens.
We will be in close communication with your referring physician so he can monitor your progress.
We will find out about your therapy benefits, bill your insurance, and if you don't have insurance, we can work out a payment plan.
You will need to bring a prescription for Physical therapy from your physician, and Primary care referral IF your insurance plan requires that.

ramp and elevator. We are
an independent facility not
affiliated with any
