Also, you must try the "Antipasto Biricchino." This traditional dish will provide you with an array of salami, sopressata, coppa, prosciutto, bresaola, and fresh mozzarella. Biricchino specializes in homemade pastas such as "Malfatti Piemontesi", a homemade ravioli stuffed with veal, prosciutto and parmigiano cheese in light vegetable sauce. There are some wonderful well-executed entrees to choose from as the menu has something for everyone. For dessert, you must try the most remarkable Tiramisu in town made with espresso laced champagne bisquits layered in mascarpone mousse.
