Lacy Katzen partner John Refermat recently participated in the inaugural Trial College of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), held in early June on the campus of Princeton University. The College included four days of intense instruction on trial techniques from ABOTA members, both plaintiff's and defense counsel, from around the nation, including five former ABOTA National presidents, and notable judges.
