Thomas B. Mafrici, Esq. was formerly the
Session Counsel for the New York State
Assembly Transportation Committee,
where he helped draft vehicle and traffic law.
Now, as an Attorney in private practice for
over 15 years, Mafrici has appeared in over
200 Town/City and Village Courts throughout
New York State, specifically to protect the rights
of drivers who are issued traffic tickets.
Kelly J. Graves, Esq. has been employed by the
Mafrici Law Office since 2001. She has made
thousands of justice court appearances since gaining
admission to the New York State Bar in 2003. Kelly
Graves is a graduate of the Univ. of New Hampshire
and Syracuse Law School. She is a member of
Phi Beta Kappa and the Oswego County Bar Assoc.
Thomas B. Mafrici is the Town Historian for the Town of Cicero, New York.
He has also purchased and restored two historic
landmarks, including his office building.
