ICS Merchant Services was established in April 2000 with a main focus of representing Merchant Services Inc. in Upstate New York. Merchant Services Inc. changed their name to EVO Merchant Services in 2005. There are over 2,300 Merchants in Upstate New York that were set up by ICS to process their Credit Cards through EVO Merchant Services. (See "Credit Card Processing" for more info on EVO)
