Per Diem Services provides next-day temporary attorneys to handle your conferences, depositions, and other court appearances anywhere in New York State. With more than 150 experienced attorneys available at a day's notice, we are the most effective resource for managing your daily court calendar.

1. How do I place an order?
Click on the "Blue Box" on right side of home page and fill out the order form.

2. How do I know an appearance I ordered will be assigned?
Place a call to our office to confirm receipt of an online order and faxed documents.

3. Do I need to call assigned attorneys to review my case?
To expediate your order efficiently, all information must be communicated in the form of a faxed memo to Per Diem Services.

4. When can I anticipate an appearance report?
Most appearance reports are issued within 24 hours. Deposition reports are completed within one week. If you have not received a report within above time frames, please call our office.

5. What method of payment is accepted?
Our office accepts VISA, MC, and American Express only.

6. Are there cancellation fees?
