At Bert Weidner's, cooking chicken barbecue-style is a way of life. Our family has been barbecuing chicken at local events for more than 45 years. We grill our chicken over an open flame and baste it with our own special-recipe barbecue sauce until it is cooked to perfection--golden brown, juicy, tender, crispy on the outside, and always delicious.

In the summer, you'll find us grilling away at the America's Fair (formerly the Erie County Fair) and the Chautauqua County Fair. But remember, we can bring our tasty chicken and all the fixin's right to your fundraiser, corporate event, or private party.

Prices are less than you might think, and we will deliver your order free of charge within approximately 5 miles of our Eden, NY kitchens. Please see our delivery zones map for details. Delivery charges outside of our region are still very reasonable and exceptions can be made for large orders.
