Craig Wood Golf Course is a par 72; 6,554 yard municipal course owned and operated by the Town of North Elba.
The front nine at the Craig Wood course is much more open than the back nine with each hole having its own distinct personality. It has been said that a good golf course is often judged by the number of memorable holes, and this course has its share. The eighteenth calls for a precise drive over a large ravine guarded by rough and trees on the left and a road marked by out-of-bounds on the right. It is a fitting finish to a memorable course name
