Senior Helpers was founded in Baltimore, Maryland in 2002, and soon became a trusted leader in senior care. At Senior Helpers our focus is dependability of service, continuity of caregivers, peace of mind for families, and most importantly - quality of life for the client while living independently in their homes. Our mission is to ensure a better quality of life for our elderly clients and their families by providing dependable and affordable care. We are a trusted and respected organization that takes a responsible role in supporting our clients and their families, our employees, and our community.

History - Senior Helpers established an office in Central Long Island in 2008, and since then we have established a strong local presence, reflecting our position as a national leader in professional in-home assistance services. Our specialty is experienced and compassionate in-home senior care that enables our clients to live independently in their own home. Senior Helpers is the expert in Alzheimer's and dementia care, Parkinson's care, personal care, and companion care. We provide assistance with bathing and hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping , medication reminders, transportation to appointments, respite care, and more.

David C started Senior Helpers of Central Long Island in 2008 after his parents experienced a series of health problems.  David's parents required home care throughout their mid-80s, and two issues became quickly apparent: first, that that senior care help provided by others was a tremendous help to families in need; and second, that the home care industry existing at that time needed tremendous improvement.   Ten years later, Senior Helpers of Central Long Island is thriving, providing best quality care to hundreds of active clients.
