Medical and Dental insurances vary. The benefits you possess on your plan depend on the agreement your employer reached with the insurance company.

We will notify you of your estimate once your insurance provides us with all the necessary information.  The estimate is never a guarantee of benefits or the amount that will be paid.  We will file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. Many times, the insurance company does not assume full responsibility for payment, again depending on your coverage and estimate.
