Momentum Investing was established by the dynamic mother/daughter team, Lorena and Valerie Morey, after several years experience in Real Estate. Based in Chemung County New York, we are dedicated to bringing you deeply discounted homes in New York’s Southern Tier. We work with sellers motivated by bankruptcy, divorce, foreclosure and a variety of other reasons, to buy houses in Steuben County and also to buy houses in Chemung County at discounted prices. We then either wholesale the Steuben or Chemung County home, fix and flip it at a discounted price, or fix and hold the home resulting in a new rental home in either Steuben County or Chemung County.
