Yaffa started as a Cafe in New York City, serving a small vegetarian menu: Herbal teas, freshly squeezed OJ & carrot juice, beer wine and breakfast. The demand for more options met with a bigger menu that was defined as semi-vegetarian. That is when our signature dishes were created: Berber chicken, chicken Dijon, chicken curry, daily fish special, crepes, hummus and babganush, sunshine burger, stir fried food and all sorts of sea food delights. These additions to the already existing amazing sparkling salads topped with (everybody knows by now) our signature carrot dressing kept yaffa in the forefront of the area - up until this day.
