Olga Medyukh ESQ is an attorney licensed to practice in the Courts of
the State of New York.  She was admitted to the practice by the
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York,
Second Judicial Department, in September of 2009.  In December of
2009, Mrs. Medyukh was admitted to practice in the United States
District Court, Eastern District of New York, followed by admission to
the Southern District of New York.  The areas of practice include
employment related matters, overtime claims, overtime violations,
unpaid overtime, Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board matters,
andbankruptcy.  Mrs. Medyukh has also represented clients in
administrative proceedings and agencies such as the EEOC, Division of
Human Rights, and Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, Administrative
Law Judge Division in employment related matter ranging from
unemployment insurance matters to disability discrimination, pregnancy
discrimination, and marital discrimination. She has also successfully
negotiated contract and severance agreements, and wage and overtime
matters. Olga Medyukh Esq. has represented clients in helping them
obtain a successful bankruptcy discharge in the Eastern and Southern
Districts of New York.
