We asked Ben to help us to change the locks on our front door tonight, he was very helpful and professional. He is very attentive to details and organized when he is working. He is honest about what we need and did not try to sell us more than what we actually need (he suggested we only need to change the cylinder instead of the entire lock).

We called Metro Local Locksmith on a Saturday evening after we got back to our car we had parked in Kinney System garage located on 95th between Riverside and West End Avenue and discovered they had given our car key to the wrong customer. Ben arrived shortly after my phone call and was friendly and courteous. He was able to program a smart key for us and explained everything thoroughly. He also provided me with a detailed receipt to assist us in filing a claim with the garage for reimbursement. My only minor complaint was that I wish we had known it would be cash only because we had to run to the ATM at 3am. I would definitely use this company again if necessary and would recommend them without hesitation.

I needed to get my lock changed recently, and after getting scammed from another company just to get into my apartment, it was refreshing to work with Ben at Metro Local. He was attentive, understood my situation, gave me a comprehensive estimate of the costs (with options), came within 1hr of calling and accepted both cash and credit cards.
He was able to take a terrible situation and make me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions and security, while arming/educating me with my options and being transparent with any additional costs.
While I don't recommend anyone to be put in a situation where they need to break/replace locks, if you need someone to come to your rescue, then I would put these guys at the top of the list.

He helped us get back into our apartment on the upper east side.
After dealing with other locksmiths in the past, I was pleasantly surprised when Ben arrived (promptly I might add). After 5 minutes we were inside , happy and content with the service.

I was locked out of my uhaul with one hour until i had to pay for and exta day. Not only did Ben show up in less then 20 minutes he got into the tuck in less then 5. I had the truck back in time to not get charged for an extra day.

I have used Metro Local Locksmith for over many years, and I have found their services to be impeccable. They are all qualified professionals and I know that I can trust them. And, on top of all of that, they are all really friendly and helpful.

They are the best. I had them install new gates on my windows and change all my locks and these guys really know what they are doing. Also, they are prompt.
