We asked Ben to help us to change the locks on our front door tonight, he was very helpful and professional. He is very attentive to details and organized when he is working. He is honest about what we need and did not try to sell us more than what we actually need (he suggested we only need to change the cylinder instead of the entire lock).

Prompt and professional. I needed new lock for apartment I had just moved into, and the technician was at my place within the hour.
