The caregiver is a God send. My mom and dad can now enjoy living home without the worries of daily chores. I now know my parents are taking their meds on time. I am now relieved that someone is there with them to help and care for their needs. The staff in the office is so caring and helpful and I like that they have a 24 hour phone service in case of anything. Would reccommend this company. Thank you Nannys for Grannys

June 1, 2012 Dear Pat, Linda and Team at Nanny’s For Granny’s, I am delighted to write this letter of our most hearty endorsement for the elder care home assistance work and professionalism that Nanny’s For Granny’s provided for our Mom, Gloria. Ms. Evangeline was our full time live in primary care giver for our 90 year old mother Gloria for the past 4 months, and she did an outstanding job. Mom fell and broke her hip mid December, went through rehab and came home early January, 2012 which is when Evangeline started. Unfortunately, the rehab was too much for Mom and she lost the use of her legs. She also suffered from emphysema, a heart condition, and was enduring early Alzheimers disease so Evangeline and Nanny’s clearly had their hands full to care for Mom. At times when Mom was unsure of why Evangeline was in her home, Evangeline’s soft, comforting, assuring ways would win Mom over, and she navigated through some challenging situations to keep Mom safe while keeping peace within the house. While Mom came home from rehab with some bed sores, Evangeline did a marvelous job being very, very attentive to her, and she placed dressings on Mom daily to nurture her back to good bodily health. All in all, I can not say enough good things about the wonderful care provided by Nanny’s For Granny’s and by Evangeline. The agency was wonderful, caring, responsive and always collaborative. Evangeline who they screened and hired, was strong, smart, caring and collaborative, diligent, honest, and she became a valued member of our family. We will always be grateful to Evangeline for her love and devotion to our mother, and to the overall outstanding quality of care and support that Nanny’s For Granny’s provided. Thank you Evangeline, and Thank you Nanny’s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mother in law and father in law really liked the woman they had but she moved away and it was felt that what they need is more of a cleaning type thing and Nannys For Grannys is not in the business of cleaning a lot, they do do somethings, but what they really needed was more of a cleaning serice. She did help my mom rearrange cupboards and my mother in law liked her very well, but she wanted to help my mother in law with bathing and things like that and she didn't need it. I never heard anything negative at all, she helped her do things around the house and I think companionship was a little bit of it too. Depending on the care level they needed I think they would be comfortable going back to Nannys For Grannys.
