Helen Hayes Hospital offers an extensive continuum of care and an array of specialty rehabilitation services to patients with stroke, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, neurological, cardiopulmonary and orthopedic disorders. Patients from around the country are drawn to our 105-acre campus with magnificent Hudson River views, located 35 minutes north of New York City.
Helen Hayes Hospital is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The Clinical Laboratory is accredited by College of American Pathologists.

The hospital is operated by the New York State Department of Health and is affiliated with the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System.
