Estancia is known for serving wines that are of Latin origin and wine varietals that are indigenous to their country.We love many of the wines coming from Portugal that are fruit forward, with depth and finishes that linger.
We will be offering in addition to our normal Argentine inspired menu a $65 pre fixe Portuguese inspired menu with wine pairings from Esporo
Esporo is the largest winery in the sunny Alentejo region in southern Portugal www.esporao.com
ESPORAO WINE PAIRING DINNER MENU

Empanada with sausage and sauted spinach

Linguini w/ Shrimp, Calamari & Cockles, sun dried tomatoes & arugula in a spicy white wine sauce

Pork Chops with balsamic reduction, cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes and green beans

Dinner includes three 4oz wine pours

Connie Connors, a Tribeca resident/pioneer is the woman responsible for Estancia 460′s weekly flower arrangements. Her take on flowers is incredibly unique. She makes arrangements that are multi -dimensional with colors, shapes and flowers that I never knew existed.
Her web site will inspire and make you want to hire her whether for your own personal enjoyment or to enhance any work space. Jay Z recently spotted her doing the flowers at Estancia while he was having a late brunch and business cards were exchanged…..
