Humbly Offers This Special Message:
UpState Reggae will always love & honor
For being the true Woodstock Artist, who persevered when told she couldn't.
She showed the world, that as a woman, as an Artist of Music and as a superb Jazz Violinist, that she could! And she did!
She was a True Woodstock Spirit, who brought great music to the Hudson Valley.
She was an eclectic musician who could play anything - from classical, to Jazz, Country Fiddlin' to Original Rock. In addition to reading classical music, she could create solos and improvisational parts on the spot, both on the gig in live performance, and also in Original Music Recording Sessions on many Albums of the many Music Artists with whom she recorded, and performed, in Woodstock, and the Hudson Valley Region.
Besides being a Great Performer, she was about teaching Children the Joy of Music.
She was about Peace & Love, and Fun & Good Vibes, and Music & Jazz.
May Jahovah God take her up into His arms, and place her in His Heavenly Ensemble, to Liven up the Show with her Jazz!
Betty, we will miss you, and we will miss your music.
for being the true Rastaman
"Humble African" spreading "World Peace"
with a one-of-a-kind One Love Voice...
Thank you for your loving
musical presence in our region.
Itinually faithful to "Culture" Music. - Lea Boss
UpState Reggae in Humble Reverence
Offers This Special Tribute To
And The Music Of JOSEPH HILL
You know we always will.
Your brightness shines forever,
Your Culture to endeaver
The World to see the Light
Of Jah's Love for us, His Might!
So let all sadness dwindle,
Let Culture's voice re-kindle
Our spirits, in our strife,
And guide us forward to life
That we may finally be,
The way Culture meant to be.
Jah's Word will set us free
So let us all rejoice!
Jah gave us Culture's voice!
