Hershberg & Hershberg and its predecessor firm have been preparing site plans and subdivision plans since 1943. We have skilled professionals in all aspects of civil and site engineering. Our firm has extensive experience with the design of grading plans, landscape plans, sewer, water and storm drainage systems. Our firm prides itself on producing drawings which are easy to read and interpreted by planning staff, board members, clients and contractors. In addition to preparing these plans our firm has a long standing record of successful representation of projects before planning boards, boards of zoning appeals and legislative bodies. Hershberg & Hershberg, and its predecessor firm, have a long history of involvement with surveys in the Capital District of New York State. Whether surveying an individual lot or the entire campus of the College of Saint Rose, our surveying department has been preparing survey and survey maps of the highest caliber for many years. Surveying services include American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys, topographic & utility surveys, property line surveys, preparation of legal descriptions, flood plain certifications and construction layout. We now routinely provide surveying services from New York City to Warren County, from the easterly border of the state to Syracuse including Long Island.
