Plaza Fitness at Stuyvesant Plaza is a specialized personal training center. Your journey begins with a wellness consultation where we identify your goals and review your current lifestyle. Following the wellness consultation, individual needs are assessed through lab work, movement screeens, and other wellness assessments.

Stuyvesant Plaza is conveniently located at the corner of Western Avenue (Route 20) and Fuller Road in Albany, New York (One half mile East of Crossgates Mall). Plaza Fitness is adjacent to Executive Park and near the Northwest end (in back) of the shopping plaza. Members may access parking off of Executive Park Drive, or park in one of the plentiful spaces near Executive Park Building #4.
