Founded in 1985, ENVIRO TESTING has steadily increased its level of service in the environmental sampling, consulting, and professional home inspection field. Located in Binghamton, NY, we routinely serve properties in Brome, Tioga, Tompkins, Cortland, Chenango, and Delaware counties as well as Bradford and Susquehanna counties in Pennsylvania. Our full time college degreed staff of certified and licensed professionals have inspected and/or sampled over 9,000 residential and commercial properties.

We are a New York State Department of Health certified testing laboratory in addition to being EPA (NEHA) certified for radon correction. Our soil gas mitigation crews have successfully corrected over 6,000 structures, both residential and commercial with a 100% success rate.

To provide our customers with greater options when having a property inspected, ENVIRO TESTING offers a wide range of environmental testing services. These tests can easily be added to our standard property inspection for an additional fee.
