Wet Applied Thickness: 13.3 mil (1 coat)
Dry Applied: 10 mils (1 coat)
Solids 75%: 120 sq ft per gallon at recommended dry film thickness of 10 mils
Durability: 1 mil surface lost every 10 years.
Ponding water? Immune. Warrants against damage from standing water.
Insulation: Stops Thermal Shock Impervious to heat, through very high reflectivity and very high insulation.
Coat a wet surface? Yes (even under salt water). Out-wets water.
Barrier to water penetration? Impervious, Blocks water permanently.
Adheres to all roof surfaces: Yes.
Mildew or Mold Resistant? Yes (micro organisms cannot adhere to coating due to coating chemical inertness)
Flexibility Retention: Flexibility retained at sub zero conditions (down to -92F)
Primer needed over rust? No.
“Class A” Fire Rated? Yes (ASTM E108-91A UBC32-7)
